肉片用柳宗里橫紋鍋煎熟。在這裡順便分享一下柳宗理鍋的清理小技巧:剛煎好的鍋子因為太熱沒法洗,所以在食物取出後先不要熄火,倒二碗水在鍋中,水開了再熄火,等鍋涼了後用溫水洗淨,然後小火烘乾就可以收起來了。放水在鍋中煮滾是要讓黏在鍋底的東西變的好清洗,如果沒這樣做,洗的時候就會很辛苦。

土司烤到喜歡的焦度後塗點美奶滋。因為大老爺最近突然喜歡起乳瑪琳的滋味和烤到焦香的土司,所以小廚娘烤的時候有加乳瑪琳去烤。

放上肉片、蛋、蕃茄和小黃瓜後,先擠點蕃茄醬再放上生菜。這天忘了拍擠好蕃茄醬的樣子。

輕輕鬆鬆"活力三明治"就完成了,其實這個也很厚,一點都不輸給外面賣的。小廚娘不愛太焦的土司,所以都會烤到像照片中這樣,而大老爺的就會像上張照片那樣。

來個"斷面秀",自己看了都開心,不是小廚娘自誇,還真的蠻漂亮的呢~。重點是它不只漂亮,還非常好吃哦~,整個口感和味道都相當好,因為用料好,比外面賣的好吃太多了呢~。這樣一份三明治,有肉有蔬菜,豐富又營養,吃完會覺得活力滿點,一天心情都很好,因此小廚娘叫它"活力三明治"。
