現在是芒果盛產的季節,什麼樣的芒果產品現在都好夯喔,不過據說朋友最近吃到的便利商店的芒果冰淇淋讓人大失所望,
所以這種芒果甜點還是自己來做好了,絕對不是人工香精,吃到的都是新鮮芒果的香味喔~
這西米涼糕吃來跟涼糕那樣QQ彈彈的口感是很像的,只是做起來比涼糕更簡單囉!

椰奶芒果西米凍
準備時間:20分鐘
烹調時間:30分鐘
份數:8人份
材料:
椰奶西谷米一盒(內含椰奶粉和西谷米一包)
愛文2個或是金煌芒果1個
砂糖70g
樹薯粉1大匙
準備材料:
1. 芒果去皮切成小塊,將西米泡入水中約1個小時

step:
1. 將芒果放入果汁機中,加入一半的椰奶粉和砂糖打勻,
泡好的西米濾乾,分成一半加入果泥和樹薯粉1大匙攪勻

2. . 另一半西米加入剩下的椰奶粉和砂糖攪勻

3倒入容器鋪平,入蒸鍋蒸15分鐘,倒入3. 續蒸15分鐘至都呈現透明取出

4. 涼後放入冰箱冰3小時使凝固,取出倒扣切成小塊即可
