收到欣葉邀請到信義新天地A9館的餐廳試吃今年的兩款粽子,從小就是糯米點心、各種粿類愛好者的我,對這款傳統食物沒有抵抗力,也跟好友一起去嘗鮮!
一甜一鹹兩款粽子,走得都是傳統經典路線,每年年節食品常見的創意口味有很多新花樣,不過傳統的"干貝滷肉粽"還是好討喜,尤其以欣葉招牌的滷肉包入粽中,肥瘦相間不膩不柴,加上特選北海道的干貝、鮮栗及花生,糯米是以傳統配料中少不了的香菇、菜脯及魷魚、還有金鉤蝦及油蔥酥等配料爆香,因為跟我家的口味實在接近(只是少了我愛的鹹蛋黃....),吃來真的非常親切合味,我覺得料與米之間的比例拿捏很剛好,尤其加上主廚特調的蔬菜甜辣醬,真的好吃!

小菜很有特色,與鳳梨同漬的山藥、紫蘇釀葡萄乾,這兩道吃來都充滿果香與酸甜,非常爽口,連常見的蘿蔔、黃瓜也別有新意,配粽子吃正好,再加上一碗冬瓜蛤蜊排骨湯消食潤口,只能慶幸我那天中午跳過午餐直接赴約啊.....

欣葉的金桔紅豆粽很像我酷愛的甜米糕,是圓糯米為底,拌入桂圓肉、冬瓜條,還有宜蘭的金桔餅,餡兒是萬丹產的紅豆製成豆沙,多了金桔特有的果香,整個甜粽口感香氣都更有層次,有那麼一點八寶飯的感覺,一口一口讓我迅速吃下肚!
最後端上招牌杏仁豆腐與麻糬當句點,每個人都吃了個大滿足,我也很喜歡用餐地點欣葉信義新天地店,採光明亮又優雅的環境,點綴著淡雅的中式意象,在這兒用餐真的很舒服!
