從第一次小V分我吃老奶奶檸檬蛋糕開始,陸續買了幾次法朋的點心、喝過兩次午茶,就是這第二次午茶因為四個姊妹一塊兒,點的甜點款式也多,口味也是最滿意的一次,就連同一款草莓芙蓮都覺得第二次吃到的比較美味耶!所以還是想寫一下紀錄.....
本篇裡的照片是兩次不同時間拍攝,第一次去在2012年底,那時還沒過了新年後生意爆紅,所以還能拍到店裡幾乎沒有人的時刻,現在可不一樣了,選點心、等為數不多的座位、排蛋糕卷的客人擠得滿滿!
也許聽主廚的建議帶回家享用是最棒的!
愛草莓人士不能錯過的草莓芙蓮很熱門之外,常溫蛋糕中的老奶奶檸檬蛋糕也超搶手,這酸酸的糖霜平衡了甜味,是芬芳高雅的一品,但上圖的法式檸檬小塔也超級美味,白色的是蛋白霜,內餡是酸甜濃味的檸檬餡兒,第二次午茶那日好幸運搶到了最後三個,經詢問是否還會出爐?氣質清新、很有甜點界桂綸鎂風格的老闆娘順道提及:因為製作過程太過複雜,尤其好像不太受到消費者青睞,所以可能要消失在甜點架上耶!
果真如此真是太可惜啦!
其他幾樣冷藏點心都十分美味,我覺得不用比出高下,應該看個人口味來選擇,喜歡果味的、喜歡巧克力的,樣樣都很驚喜!
對蛋糕的熱情一向高過餅乾,但法朋的小西餅、常溫類小糕點也都深得我心,夏威夷豆塔、費南雪我都很愛,好處是不急著吃完,儲一點在家裡,假日沖杯伯爵茶就能隨時午茶囉!
