材料(2人份)
梅花豬排 每片約180g 兩片
培根切丁 30g
橄欖油 40cc
麵粉 15g
白酒 120cc
高湯 120cc
荷蘭芹切末 3束
百里香 少許
月桂葉 一片
鮮奶油 3cc
法國芥茉 半大匙

作法
1.豬排先用鹽、胡椒和橄欖油醃約1小時備用
2.培根丁入鍋炒至香脆後取出,放在餐巾紙上備用
3.橄欖油入平底鍋中加熱,放入豬排,將兩面煎至金黃色後取出,湯汁留於鍋內

4.麵粉灑入鍋中,不停攪拌,再倒入白酒與高湯,加入百里香、月桂葉、鹽和胡椒,
待沸騰後,將豬排和培根丁放回鍋中。加上蓋子用小火煮約15分鐘後,豬排取出盛盤。
