今天做的是"洋蔥悶雞" 食材和做法都好簡單~
如果在最後將稍微打散的蛋液淋入,
續煮2mins,澆在白飯上,撒上蔥花,就是小朋友最愛的親子丼。
材料(2-3人份):
雞腿肉去皮去骨 一片 切丁
洋蔥 一顆 直向切絲
香菇素蠔油 兩大匙
黑胡椒 少許
七味唐辛粉 少許

小火,將洋蔥平均鋪在鍋中,雞丁在平均鋪在洋蔥上。

加入兩大匙素蠔油、黑胡椒粉、七味粉後,蓋上鍋蓋,10分鐘後鍋蓋上呈小水滴。

洋蔥的水分逐漸被煮出來,將所有材料攪拌均勻,蓋上鍋蓋以中火煮至水蒸氣從鍋蓋縫隙中衝出來,大約15分鐘。
