周末和老爺的家人一起去川味餐館大快朵頤,
麻婆豆腐、回鍋肉、豆酥鱈魚、五更腸旺...吃了好多好多~
可是回家後才發現竟然沒點到水煮牛肉!
還好家裡有個賢慧的小廚娘(●'ω ˋ●)ゞme♪
正宗做法應該是很~~~油的吧?
沒吃過水煮牛肉,我就隨自己喜好亂亂做唷♡
還請四川大廚指點迷津好嗎?
前幾天的颱風讓蔥價漲了不少,
只好用陽台種的細香蔥將就一下...
等到蔥價回穩,就要加上一大把唷♬
材料
[牛肉&醃料]
牛肉片 300g
米酒 兩大匙
植物油 兩大匙
蛋白 一顆的量
太白粉 一大匙
[醬料]
花椒 兩大匙
辣椒 四小條
薑 一片
蒜頭 四瓣
辣豆瓣醬 兩大匙
[調味]
鹽巴 適量
蔥花 一支的量
