鮮嫩香滑的鮮蚵
搭配鹹嗆香辣的蒜泥醬
以簡單的烹調方式
完成這道經典的鮮蚵料理♡
食材
鮮蚵200g
地瓜粉約200g
醬料
蒜泥5瓣
醬油膏5大匙
涼開水1大匙
細砂糖1茶匙
香油1大匙
香菜3小株
辣椒依喜好添加
作法
1 將鮮蚵裹上地瓜粉
2 中火煮一鍋水,滾後加半杯水,將鮮蚵下鍋煮1-2分鐘,撈起放入冷水中備用。
3 [醬料]混合均勻,可以用攪拌器順便將大蒜和香菜切碎,也可以用刀切碎後拌勻。
4 將鮮蚵瀝乾盛盤,澆淋上[醬汁],灑上少許香菜葉。
