咬了一口老五民宿自製、用柴燒大灶細細炊出的饅頭,即使沒抹上果醬或是奶油起士,只要慢慢的咀嚼,就會發現無論是南瓜饅頭或是紅麴堅果饅頭,質地除了很有Q勁,還越吃越香,口感真的格外不同........
我也很喜歡網站上那句"我們尊重食物的原味與能量",是啊,曾幾何時我的味蕾習慣了更多樣更強烈的刺激,常常畫蛇添足的遺忘了食物本身的真滋味,原來簡單的味道真的很棒.........
我知道坊間的蜜餞,在製程跟食材都有很多問題,除了衛生還有防腐劑,其實遵從古法一樣能吃到好吃的梅子,而且還對身體大有益處的,所以愛酸的我特別想吃吃看老五民宿用自然農法栽種的青梅做成的Q梅,一嚐之下果然跟小時候外婆自釀的紫蘇梅一樣酸甜好吃,而且不加任何防腐劑或是添加物,是真正天然的好味道,吃了也安心.....
梅精跟梅精錠也是對身體很好的鹼性食品,是將梅肉打成泥後,以陶甕60個小時的慢火熬煮,才能濃縮成40倍的梅精!我好奇喝起來口味如何?發現加水稀釋過後並不會太酸,滿溫和的,飯後喝一小杯剛好呢!
