我很愛酸也很能吃酸,那天去趴替做凍檸茶,大家都放三四片左右,相當於半顆檸檬,我卻要放入一整顆的檸檬汁,所以一般的薰香果茶不太能滿足我,因為只有果味沒有果酸實在不過癮呀........
我喜歡這款蓬帕朵玫瑰果茶,成份是玫瑰果、木槿花,沖泡後是漂亮的紅色,味道酸酸的很類似仙楂、洛神,得要加糖、加蜜才好喝,這次靈機一動改加入玫瑰花瓣醬,玫瑰果加玫瑰醬,比想像中更美,喝起來更是酸甜可口,飯後喝非常舒服.....
覺得玫瑰花瓣醬特別適合冬天熱飲,我要再想想還有哪些飲品可以加入她?我想,做成玫瑰奶茶應該也很棒..........
