對於到過雲南的我們來說,當地食物較鹹的口味是個遺憾,因為口味一重吃起來很辛苦,相對吃得比較淡的我很難嚐出食物的美味!
這家媽咪推薦的雲南過橋米線在深圳有許多分店,她說過橋米線通常比較油、鹹,這家經過調整,對我們來說更好吃!
雖是平價消費,店裡還是用了點心思做了風味裝修;看看菜單不知點些啥好,所以我們選了必點的米線套餐,這價格高低是依選擇的配料而定的,像是各種菇蕈、肉類等,送上桌後倒入沸騰的湯裡燙熟,另外還點了水晶雞、剁椒魚頭!
這兩樣菜色都是蒸煮的,入口清爽風味十足,水晶雞剁得小小塊的雞肉入口肉質鮮嫩,而受到東尼、媽媽與我一致好評的剁椒魚頭更是美味!
"剁椒"的菜色很多省份都有,雲南人其實也吃得挺辣的,這次吃的剁椒魚頭有鮮魚與鮮辣椒的交融滋味,讓人一口接一口呀!
配上過橋米線好喝的湯頭,這一餐吃得真舒服!
