在福斯商務車採訪後,我們一行七人前往附近的momo將懷石創作料理試菜,這是我第一次踏進momo將,感覺很新鮮。這天試的是新推出的秋冬新菜,聽說菜單大幅度調整,與之前大不相同。不過,由於我和Wade都是第一次吃,所以無法和過去相比較,我還是將此次食後的感想仔細描述。

簡潔時尚的桌面擺置,看起來挺舒服的。
附帶一提,這裡的消費是每人499元加10%服務費,12歲以下兒童則是299元加10%
點餐方式和王品集團的套餐點菜很類似,含飲料甜點,共有八種項目慢食享用。

想必大家一定很好奇為什麼水煮蛋會變成這樣吧
其實這是運用「分子料理」的技法,將食物分離後重組,變化出炫目吸睛的料理藝術,據悉目前許多米其林餐廳都紛紛引進這種技術,已成為當紅潮流趨勢。這真的蠻特別的,是我第一次親眼所見。

乾煎牛小排

芒果日出

軍艦壽司
看起來很像鮭魚卵軍艦壽司吧!其實這是一款造型巧克力蛋糕,頂端很像鮭魚卵的是果汁凍,是用針筒一顆顆擠出凝固所製成的;下層外脆內酥的巧克力蛋糕,嚐起來稍微甜了一些,不過口味還算不錯,整個甜點看起來十分逼真,KUSO又逗趣,小朋友應該特別喜歡。

吃完實在太撐了,大家都點了果汁和咖啡,做為最後結尾。實際菜單所提供的飲品更多,未來聽說還會有新的飲料選擇。
這次試食完對momo將的感受,勇往直前、不斷挑戰的精神很讓我們欽佩,整體吃完的感覺還不錯,期待他們未來研發更多新奇美味的創意料理,加油!
