應味全木崗蛋之邀分享雞蛋料理,總共有三道喔!第一道是學著食譜做的鮮蔬雞蛋派!
食材:馬鈴薯、紅椒、黃椒(原食譜採用櫛瓜)、洋蔥切丁,味全木崗蛋三個,牛奶三大匙、起士粉一大匙、鹽、胡椒適量。
做法:將食材切小丁後放入鍋中炒香直到洋蔥也呈透明狀,以鹽、胡椒調味後盛起放涼!接著打三個木崗蛋,調入牛奶與起士粉(或日式美乃滋,另有一種風味)加入適量鹽與胡椒粉,倒入耐熱容器後放進預熱的烤箱以180~190度烤25~30分鐘即可!
其實用小烤箱其實也可以成功的,怕表面燒焦可以覆上鋁箔紙後再烤,蛋香與蔬菜香很搭,當早餐或是佐麵包都很合適!

另外再分享兩道我自己的食譜,像是我超愛的法式吐司,一頭熱起來會連續吃上好幾天!
食材:味全木崗蛋一個、兩片吐司、醬油膏一小匙、砂糖一小匙、牛奶一湯匙(可略)、橄欖油或奶油適量。
做法:當然是超簡單的,蛋打散、調入醬油膏跟糖、牛奶調勻,讓吐司吸收蛋液吸飽飽後入鍋,只要一點油,小火慢慢兩面煎熟即可(要有耐心慢煎小心火太大容易焦喔)!
起鍋後淋點蜂蜜就完成了,趁熱吃好美味,要是用奶油煎更是香到犯規呀,想吃鹹口味可以不淋蜂蜜改夾上起士跟火腿,也是好吃!
比較特別的是我喜歡把調味用的鹽換成了醬油膏,乍看很跳tone吼?但大家請放心,只要控制好份量(大約三顆花生米大的量),其實醬油味不會很突出的,反而讓吐司煎起來顏色更亮麗味道更香!當然如果沒有醬油膏放入一點點醬油也可以,總之是不能太多.....
還有,用好的蛋很重要喔!
因為蛋液被吐司吸飽了,加上兩面得煎得香嫩不過老才美味,因此如果有蛋腥味會很明顯,所以得選用好蛋、像是木崗蛋就很適合!

由知名主持人方芳芳代言的木崗蛋已經可以在各大賣場見到它的身影,但是木崗蛋並不在一般蛋區喔,而是要冷藏櫃裡才能見到它!
原來木崗蛋跟鮮奶一樣,是全程冷藏保鮮的,當然吃來格外安心!加上無抗生素與全素飼料這兩點能確保食品安全無虞,更是粒粒檢驗合格才裝盒上市,所以打顆蛋看看就知道品質真的與一般雞蛋大不相同,光是那緊密的蛋黃、看得出分層的蛋白就知道很新鮮!我很有實驗精神的隨機挑了一顆,然後在蛋黃插牙籤試試,隨便一插也有十六根的成績,厲害!
木崗蛋很體貼的每顆印上日期,即使沒有外盒放在冰箱的蛋架上也不用擔心忘記到底放了多久!

做了西式的雞蛋派跟法式吐司,接下來要分享一道中式的下酒下飯菜!
這道辣炒荷包蛋好像台灣比較少見,大陸一些小吃店或是農家菜會有很多版本,重點在豆鼓辣椒醬跟荷包蛋,其他要加其他材料同炒當然也沒問題!
食材:味全木崗蛋三個、豆鼓辣椒醬一匙(像是"老干媽")、蔥兩三根、少量糖與米醋(白醋)。
做法:下鍋把三顆蛋煎得赤赤,起鍋切塊備用;起油鍋爆香蔥段與豆鼓辣椒醬,把荷包蛋倒回鍋中拌炒,加入一點糖與米醋,兜幾圈就可起鍋啦!
是不是超簡單的!?
這到家常口味的小菜我很喜歡拿來佐粥,不用蔥改成蒜苗、韭菜這類辛香菜也都沒問題!喜歡荷包蛋與重口味的朋友請試試看!
