第一次吃到喜愛的紐約辣雞翅跟凱薩沙拉,就是在T.G.I. Friday's,學生時代有好朋友們也在這裡打工,紅白條紋的制服與道地美式食物,都是我心裡溫暖又熱鬧的回憶呢!
很開心到敦北店試吃第一次在台亮相的新菜,更棒的是這幾道菜我都很愛喔!
先說說這有趣的現拌鱷梨沙拉吧!
鱷梨就是酪梨,這道菜是Friday's首次請服務生現場桌邊服務,可依食客口味不同調配!
先將鱷梨泥、番茄丁、墨西哥辣椒和新鮮萊姆汁等配料倒入小盅攪拌,然後用墨西哥玉米脆片沾食,我建議份量不要小氣,要像是"舀一匙"這樣的量入口才好吃啦!
而且我要貢獻一個私房吃法,就是舀了鱷梨沙拉後,再加上另一道菜煙燻鮭魚酥餅所附的山葵奶油醬,酸奶油的濃郁更添這道沙拉的美味!(如照片9就是塗了兩層)
說實在的我平常都沒有特別愛酪梨,但是!但是!這道傳統的墨西哥風味沙拉在拌過調料、然後應我的要求加上雙倍萊姆汁後,真的好好吃啊!

這道就是附上山葵奶油醬與蘋果萊姆沙拉的煙燻鮭魚酥餅!
雖然名為酥餅,但是皮其實是接近墨西哥餅的風味,一點也不油膩,一咬下是滿口的鮭魚與起士香氣,沾點我很愛的山葵奶油醬,真是絕配!

炭烤肋眼牛排佐墨式煙燻香辣奶油是今日的肉類主菜,店方介紹,這是用傳統墨西哥BBQ的方式先將牛排醃漬後炭烤,所以網紋比較深,上面配上墨式煙燻香辣奶油,以許多香辛料像是辣椒、番茄泥、醋、大蒜、香菜、洋蔥與奶油調配而成,吃起來很夠味!

試了兩杯春夏飲品,島國微風與綠光奇蹟,前者是多樣南洋水果的酸甜,後者相當特別、是以小黃瓜為基底,喝來有種清新的風味.....

香草冰淇淋布朗尼↑跟摩卡咖啡冰淇淋派↓,兩者都是濃郁風格的美式甜品,很是適合飯後共享,後者我尤為喜歡,之前看菜單我以為是偏向義式的的杏仁霜派,但一嚐之下是以冰淇淋為主體,我更愛這樣冰涼滑順的口感啊!
