好幾個月前就收到CHOYA的邀請,參加這個無砂糖天然甜梅酒的記者會,當時因為無法確定這時的行程想婉拒,不過很感謝CHOYA再三的盛情邀約,才能試喝到這款酸甜美味的梅酒.....
記者會在Chian White舉辦,白色為主的空間設計映得這兩款金黃色、粉紅色的蜂蜜梅酒更嬌艷可人,當然可別小看這15%的酒精濃度,要是因為甜蜜順口貪杯,可真是馬上有微醺的感覺喔.....
這兩款新上市的梅酒都是蜂蜜取代砂糖,成份更天然有益,我特別愛這款有著迷人粉紅的紫蘇梅酒,顏色可愛不說,紫蘇香氣也很棒,酸酸甜甜真的很好喝......

現場也邀請調酒師以梅酒為基底調出許多色彩繽紛的漂亮調酒,當然我們自己在家也可以簡單調出美味!
我最常以蘇打水調梅酒,這就是日本居酒屋說的梅酒沙瓦,加蘇打水比加汽水甜度低,而且有氣泡喝來很暢快,要不然直接加冰塊、冰水也不錯,另外調綠茶、熱開水、蘋果西打等等都可以,簡單得很,Tina還愛多加片檸檬,酸一點更合我的喜好.....
梅子的好處很多,我又一向愛酸味的飲品,這天記者會結束,我已經決定買瓶回家喝了.....
