這應該是我生平第一道可以端上桌的「菜餚」,就是白飯、水煮玉米不算XDD
泡芙9M+吃了里仁的低鈉麵線,之後就陸續幫她更換主食,盡量維持一天兩餐吃不同的主食,畢竟冰磚派的我們家,相同的菜色可能就要吃3~5天,只好把重心放在主食上面!
於是煮了近期的蕃茄雞肉湯麵,第一天可能因為初次接觸薑,味道稍微重了一些,泡芙只吃了一半,可是聞起來很香,我就想說來嘗嘗看味道,然後就這麼把剩下半碗吃光光耶!

準備食材:
1.薑片
2.蒜頭2小顆
3.洋蔥半顆
4.高麗菜1/6顆
5.牛蕃茄2顆
6.去骨雞胸肉約60g
7.麵條半包

Step1.洋蔥泡冰水、高麗菜以流動的水清洗後先處理其他食材,薑切薑絲、蒜頭切末、蕃茄切丁;以上完成後再將洋蔥切丁。

Step2.將雞腿肉加入少許的橄欖油,冷油冷鍋拌炒。

炒至肉色由粉轉白,稍有金黃即可。

Step3.放入洋蔥丁、薑片及蒜末拌炒,炒到洋蔥變軟,散發出香味。

Step4.放入蕃茄拌炒。

Step5.蕃茄的顏色慢慢出來以後,加入大量的水(我大概加了2杯量米杯的水量),大火煮滾。

Step6.水滾後轉至中小火,將麵條散放、同時加入高麗菜,煨煮到入味、高麗菜變軟且麵條熟透即完成。

完成的份量大約是600~650ml左右,是小泡芙三餐的份量。當餐吃完,剩下的兩餐就用冰磚盒冷凍起來。
目前準備的副食品大都不會切得太碎,煮完以後再用剪刀剪成小塊。
第一次接觸薑大概不習慣辣辣的味道,所以只吃了一半左右,接下來兩天就通通完食囉!
蕃茄雞肉湯麵真的好好吃耶!第一天泡芙沒吃完,本來有點失落,嘗一嘗味道發現根本驚為天人(是有沒有這麼誇張XD),晚上我還興奮地跟泡芙爸說:我今天煮了人生第一道可以端上桌的菜!
超級簡單讓廚房新手媽媽信心大增的蕃茄雞肉湯麵,打完收工
又,近兒阿母大發懶,紀錄表完全呈現放棄狀態
食用副食品至今沒有特別遇到致敏食材,所以阿母也跟著鬆懈了!
