常會收到許多試吃邀約,但這次的"十豆加"是還沒嘗到就讓人眼睛一亮的新品牌!
可愛的插畫包裝盒格外吸睛有特色,原來"十豆加"是一群圖文創作者因為喜歡烘焙,所以回到故鄉嘉義召集了烘焙師傅所建立的,理念很明確:「食物除了用味覺記憶,我們希望在視覺上也能讓大家更有溫暖的記憶」,而這份心意讓身為消費者的我,也感覺到創作者的熱情了....
酥類糕點中最常吃到的是鳳梨酥,但十豆加的主打商品是"萬丹紅豆酥",紅豆內餡是使用台灣在地食材-屏東萬丹紅豆,細火慢熬成蜜紅豆餡,我覺得與一般常吃到的的"烏豆沙"相比,更有口感也更低油不膩,至於餅皮也不馬虎,店家說是"以日本健康用油加上紐西蘭無汙染的生機麵粉"製成,與餡料搭配起來口感剛剛好,一口咬下是天然香味,所以遇上嗜甜的螞蟻一族,多吃兩塊也不覺得膩口!
除了招牌的萬丹紅豆酥,店家也寄來兩款手工餅乾,分別是咖啡核桃跟菊花杏仁片,一樣是濃濃奶油香不過甜,其實這類的常溫點心相對比需要冷藏的甜點更好保存,手邊存上一盒,隨手沖杯熱茶或是咖啡就是簡單但讓人開心的下午茶!
最後來看看這個頗有意思的品牌名"十豆加",其實是嘉義的" 嘉"的拆字啦!
