不知道大家的廚房裡有幾個鍋子呢?我的好姊妹收集了很多鍋,但時不時還會想要添些"新寵"彷彿是後宮選妃(噗噗),因為總感覺不同款的鍋子有不同用處,每回看了簡介或實演都想再買啊!
我不是鍋子控,但也總覺得新鍋子就是好用,追根究柢是新鍋子一開始用特別不沾,用久了可能塗層掉了就覺得效果沒這麼優吧?!
收到ZAWA歐廚寶鈦讚鍋試用邀請,知道這個台灣製造的鍋具也是不沾鍋,而且號稱好好使用兩三年都會一如往昔的好用!點進官方FB,各種想得到(煎容易沾鍋的食物例如魚也不沾....)跟想不到(用這個鍋炒蕃茄炒蛋蕃茄會比較不酸?!)的分享都有,感覺果然很威!
這次我煮了一個想煮很久的菜--菜心羊!這個清燉羊湯非常好喝,而且用鈦讚鍋是一鍋到底不用換鍋!這當然也是因為容量有4500ml,而且有一定深度,才能爆香後接著煮湯!
做法超簡單!燙過的羊肉放入鍋中,我只在鍋邊用一點麻油微微爆香薑片就加入米酒半瓶、開水,沸騰後加入微甘苦的菜心熬煮,等肉質軟了加入蒜苗即可!
只有加入鹽調味,當令的蔬菜讓湯格外清甜,外頭吃起來不算便宜的蔬菜羊肉湯,自家就能輕鬆煮,東尼喝了不少湯直說很喜歡呢!

過年快到了,各種美味粿類要大舉出動囉!
只要微火熱鍋,想煎一不小心很會"臭火乾"(焦掉)的蘿蔔糕也容易得很,因為不是平底鍋而是炒鍋弧形鍋身,要更美味加幾滴油在鍋底,很輕鬆就能每片都沾到,每片都能"赤赤"酥香!
其實不加油也不沾,例如早餐想煎蔥油餅加蛋加起士↓,直接下鍋小火兩面烘熱先起鍋,接著免油打個蛋在鍋底,快熟之際加上起士片再覆蓋上剛剛煎好的餅皮,無油烘熟的蛋完全不焦,裏頭的起士成了爆漿,超美味啊!

最後來一道蒜香炒菇!
這道菜可以空口吃可以配飯,多汁滑口很討喜,材料就是蒜片跟蘑菇(這次加放了香菇跟小玉米),蒜片很容易炒焦黑,而且油要是放少了,鍋底都會很難洗.....
這次蒜片只用一點橄欖油爆香,隨即翻炒食材,只有胡椒、鹽跟一咪咪糖當調味,炒鍋容量大,做這道菜不怕翻炒時菇菇們會飛出去(囧....),火力集中炒起來快、吃來多汁,大成功喔!
ZAWA歐廚寶鈦讚鍋要用木鏟或是樹脂鏟才不會刮傷鍋底,清洗時要用海綿洗,但因為是不沾鍋,清洗其實只是去除食物氣味跟一點點殘留油脂而已很輕鬆,也不會容易鏽蝕很好照顧,隨鍋附上木鏟跟透明鍋蓋,使用起來更便利!
用了幾天後就發現它是"可以一直住在瓦斯爐"上隨時備用的鍋,很開心新的年度有了它加入廚房陣容!!
