因為擁有兩代GRD相機,對恆隆行可一點都不陌生,不過這次受邀試用的是恆隆行代理的TWINBIRD電動塔吉鍋,以電動的方式無需用火喔!
傳統塔吉鍋是全陶的材質,這款簡約風格的桌上型烹調鍋,容量小巧很適合單人或是兩人小家庭,除了特殊材質的塔吉鍋尖頂蓋,還附上透明鍋蓋,使用就類似"電火鍋"的設計,只要插上電,蒸、煮、炒、煎與保溫等功能都可以輕鬆使用,尤其不沾鍋材質,可以輕鬆烹調料理喔!
這次我去小妮家一起煮飯,先來一道簡單到不行又好吃到不行的蛤蜊絲瓜,材料就是:大顆蛤蜊一斤、絲瓜一條,蛤蜊攤販送的薑絲跟九層塔!
做法:絲瓜去皮切片,擺好在鍋底,灑一點點鹽(或是開鍋後試試味道再加也行)、洗乾淨的蛤蜊還有薑絲擺中間,切至"塔吉鍋火力",十五分鐘後開蓋確認蛤蜊都開了,順便加入九層塔!
好了,原汁原味未加一滴水,連一般煮蛤蜊會放的米酒都沒放,但因為塔吉鍋的蒸煮效果,底下自然而然生成了超好喝的原湯,那種蛤蜊與絲瓜的鮮甜味,真是超棒的啊!
三個人爭食一空!真是夏日最爽口清潤的一品了!

另一道是碰巧看過李梅仙老師在電視上示範過的瓠瓜燒肉,這次依著印象試煮一回,台語說的蒲仔也是夏季當令,非常鮮甜,所以這次我連糖都沒放,火侯夠了,肉好吃瓜也透裡入味,會相當下飯呢!
材料:梅花肉一塊、瓠瓜半個、紅蘿蔔半條(可不加)、蔥兩隻與薑絲或薑片、醬油、米酒、胡椒適量。
做法:肉拌入醬油上色,下一點油入鍋爆香蔥與薑,接著把肉下鍋微煎,接著以胡椒、醬油與米酒調味並對入些水,水不用太多,煮開後加入瓠瓜與紅蘿蔔,蓋上塔吉鍋蓋後慢燉.....
中途可以稍微打開拌一下讓食材均勻煮透,一個半小時左右,就是香噴噴的瓠瓜燒肉囉!
這款電動塔吉鍋很適合單身貴族或是小夫妻兩人世界使用,冬天吃壽喜燒、火鍋應該也是超適合的呢!
