從小就愛地瓜,小時候經過賣烤地瓜的小攤,總讓撲鼻的香氣饞得一定要買,又貪吃又燙手,阿嬤還會撕幾張日曆紙墊著讓小朋友"剝皮",因為那時總擔心烤地瓜的阿伯沒特地洗到能帶皮吃的程度,而且有時烤得不夠均勻有些太焦,還是剝掉才安心.....
不過近幾年才知道原來吃地瓜不但好處多,連地瓜皮也是很營養的,所以不必剝皮可以大口吃的小條冰烤地瓜漸漸風行起來,當早餐當點心,方便好吃又營養!
這次收到金山藷童瑤邀請,特地寄了金山當地名產、烘烤後急速冷凍運送而來的冰烤地瓜,雖說冷凍可以保存兩個月,冷藏可以放七天,不過兩大盒總共十條我五天內就解決了,還真是酷愛地瓜無誤啊!
冰藏的地瓜微波一下或是直接吃都很棒,老闆娘建議也可以打成地瓜牛奶,但我覺得這又細又綿的口感直接吃就像甜點,愛得很!

藷童瑤也寄了一些店裡的另一項產品果乾,有情人果、愛文、楊桃,酷愛蜜餞的我愛酸度夠的,像一吃就口水直冒的酸酸情人果我就最喜歡啦!

另一個地瓜大項應該是黃金蕃薯脆片、拔絲地瓜片、芋頭片等,這類脆脆零嘴非常"可怕",會越吃越順有點停不下來,我覺得佐茶最適合不過,別看她好像很大一包,幾個人一起"動工"一樣馬上吃光光哪!

最後一項是真的當甜點吃的地瓜球、蜜地瓜,地瓜球我第一次嚐到,有很多不同口味,有點類似硬質的軟糖那樣,很特別的口感,還有不能不提的蜜地瓜,這也是我喜歡的傳統零食,以前總要等路邊遇到現煮的蜜地瓜,想不到現在已經進化成小包裝了,吃來不黏手,一樣可以當茶食或飯後甜點,"螞蟻人"一定會喜歡的!
我一直很喜歡去北海岸玩,風景美海鮮又好吃,沿途的各個小鎮都是臥虎藏龍很多美味名產,藷童瑤就在金山老街上,老闆娘很歡迎大家到金山玩,然後到店裡試吃看看,不過要是等不及想要直接郵購到家,請直接點入官網!
