湯底是昆布湯,調味挺清淡~ I Like It
感覺這樣比較不會搶味,
單喝也還好喝,是甘甜味

比較可惜是那天的飯煮有點軟

一開始我先從菜盤進攻

安溯的工作人員特別跟我講,
玉米是水果玉米,
可以直接吃,
我剝一粒一粒玉米粒起來吃,
哇~真是驚為天人阿~超甜的,
而且後來發現直接吃比煮來吃還好吃,
因為煮來吃有個小缺點,
啃的時候玉米有纖維會卡牙縫,
菜盤裡面的豆皮
我很愛豆皮跟豆腐,
這個豆皮很嫩,超好吃

接著我把旭蟹丟下去燙,
這才發現頭頂那邊超多蟹膏,
應該晚點放,
後面煮其他的料的時候,看到湯紅紅的渣渣那就是蟹膏的關係

我吃的這隻是母的旭蟹,
他的蟹膏超級多,
可以挖整整兩個湯匙沒問題
色澤很漂亮的橘色,
吃起來很清爽甘甜

蟹肉口感很清爽,
我覺得一隻蟹可以四人一起共食,
兩人吃會很充實感,
一個人吃就太多了

魚肉平常如果在家也可以加點薑,
燙一下就可以起鍋,
這幾種魚肉肉質都還不錯,都很好吃,
像在家裡我媽媽常常會煮魚片的料理

小虱目魚丸
魚肉的味道很明顯,也是裡面有一點點湯汁
活動當天是冬至,
貼心的果子咖啡準備了每人一碗湯圓,
跟今天的食材一樣,
是要吃原味的,
沒有放很多糖,走清爽路線,
今天每一樣食材都吃得到食物的原味,
吃得超飽~
資料袋裡面有張安溯便當,
每天在辦公室訂便當,好膩...
看到價位有80跟120,還蠻OK,
可惜公司距離安溯小遠,
不然真的超想訂來吃,
今天試吃體驗讓我身心靈都很充實,超飽滿~
