假日來到公正街包子,當然就會看到這個景象~~~~大排長龍
(根據本地人--小白--說平常日根本不需要排隊!!)

招牌上寫"小籠包"一顆 5元,卻看不到包子一顆多少?? 原來上面寫的"小籠包"就是人人口中的"公正街包子"

這包子比一般的包子小一點,又比一般的小籠包大一點~~~
不過我覺得對女生來說是個很剛好的分量
我本來不是很喜歡吃包子的,總覺得包子皮厚厚的很噁心!!
但公正街包子的外皮是老麵與發麵以特殊比例調和,有點甜度且Q度十足又不厚,
加上內餡料相當紮實飽滿,還有著熱騰騰的鮮肉湯汁,還真的有點像小籠包呢!!

餛飩湯,一碗 NT$60
高湯是用精選豬的大骨部份熬煮,內餡是上等豬後腿肉剁碎攪拌而成,
再配上人工桿製Q勁十足遇水不爛的餛飩皮,
加上親手油榨的蔥酥,清脆的芹菜,就成了這碗令吃過會唸唸不忘的餛飩湯
我覺得味道是還好,沒有很特別,但是肉餡真的很飽滿札實
同行的朋友卻對此味念念不忘阿~~之後的兩天都想要吃到它!!

五霸包心粉圓是由多種內餡(雪蓮子、咖啡、抹茶、水果、芋頭、花生、黑芝麻、玫瑰、紅豆、桂花等)所組成,
吃的時候都有種期待的心情,不知道下一顆是什麼口味~~

香Q可口的包心粉圓,搭配豆花、仙草、淋上煉乳及老闆精心熬煮之焦糖,真是美味!!
而且這個焦糖不會很甜帶一點點苦味,搭配煉乳正好呢!!

這家棺材板是用厚片土司裡頭淋上厚厚一層蛋汁放進油鍋中炸,再由中間將上層皮打開將客人所點的肉餡料放進去,
還有高麗菜絲及一點美奶滋,咬起來脆脆的,很好吃喔!!

這家老字號的「24小時廟口紅茶」,已經開了50多年,隱身於成功街的小巷裡,
第一次聽到"鋼管"紅茶,不免都會聯想,是不是有鋼管女郎表演
看到店面,才恍然大悟!!

原來紅茶飲料都會從吧檯前那一根根的鋼管流出,
鋼管分為內外兩層,外層為冰水管,內層為紅茶管,
而鋼管連接到2樓的冷藏庫,
由於外層冰水管裡的冰水不停地在管子內循環,冰鎮了紅茶,
所以不用加冰塊也可以喝到冰冰的紅茶,這樣也會擔心加了冰塊放久了紅茶會變淡
另外廟口紅茶在製作時加入一定比例的咖啡豆,
使得紅茶入口時比一般市面販售的甘甜,也更多了一份香醇

用高筋麵粉做出來的餅皮超Q的
炸好以後吃起來外表又脆脆的!!!

老闆很"ㄍㄠˊ剛"的把塑膠晚的底部挖洞(右圖),原本有蓋個小碟子,
我們很好奇的想要看裡面到底是什麼
一打開,果然好幾隻想要掙扎的小蝦跳出來
一開始我們都很害怕咬下去蝦子會在嘴裡掙扎
後來發現小蝦其實都被酒醃暈了~~過幾分鐘後就都沒有動靜了!!
不過這種生的東西還是不要吃太多,吃久了有點小小腥味

來這邊一定要吃甘蔗冰(NT:50 可加兩種料)

聽說這裡有名的是"梅子"風味餐
花蓮朋友在前一天就幫我們定了"仿雞"就是"梅子雞"-------要前一天預訂才有喔!!
一隻要價500元。雞肚裏塞滿中藥材和香料,吃起來的味道,很像桶子雞。雞肉很嫩!!

我們點了乾糯米鵝血~鵝肉(後腿部位)~兩種燙青菜,米粉湯
鵝肉真的還蠻好吃的,多汁肥嫩且有味,配上薑絲,還有特製的九層塔醬油膏,真是絕配
