小泡芙已經許久不曾將副食品完食了,最近試著用洋蔥加紅蘿蔔熬煮了高湯,然後取代水煮到米糊裡面,
結果這兩天,她小妮子居然又慢慢地把副食品吃光了!!!
洋蔥雖然含有大蒜素,備料時總會被弄得一把鼻涕一把眼淚,但是烹調過後甜甜的、不會有雜質產生,
很適合用來熬煮高湯,大概也是小人喜歡的原因!

不過相較於過去將近一個月的時間,現在進食的狀況已經算是大有進步了啦!

(回到正題)
洋蔥自古羅馬時代就被用來治療感冒,也有緩解腸胃不適的效果、
有淨化血液的功效,更能預防血液凝固、降低膽固醇等等‧‧‧
對寶寶來說更能增強抵抗力!是一樣非常棒的食材!
以下為洋蔥泥的做法

Step1.先將洋蔥浸泡於冰水當中15分鐘,浸泡過程可以換水進而減少洋蔥的辛辣味,
切洋蔥的時候就比較不會流眼淚囉!

Step2.洗淨後剝下外皮,並將頭尾切除。

Step3.將洋蔥對切後逆紋切片,也就是縱切,讓洋蔥成為條狀。
製作洋蔥泥的話洋蔥的型態其實不是重點啦!最後也是打成泥狀嘛!

Step4.將切好的洋蔥放入電鍋蒸煮,內鍋不加水、外鍋一杯水;跳起後悶十分鐘。
單純想製作洋蔥水的話,可以在內鍋加入淹過洋蔥的水,蒸煮並過濾後的洋蔥水就可以給寶寶喝。

Step5.隔水加速冷卻。

Step6.冷卻後使用攪拌棒攪打成泥。

Step7.分裝至儲存盒中,冷凍保存。
洋蔥是低敏食材,從第一階段就可以給寶寶嘗試,菜味比較重的青菜寶寶不喜歡的話,還滿推薦搭配洋蔥的喔!
對小泡芙來說是一試成主顧,試了以後就滿常給她吃的!
