這兩樣是每次必點必吃的

不過今天不是要介紹乾杯啦
今天要介紹的是平價又可以吃到飽的燒烤店~『 田季發爺 』
這間店去年因為上過康熙而聲名大噪 (( 跟祥發茶餐廳一樣 ))
老公也因為和同事去吃過所以極力推薦!
於是呢,去年八月份在Lucas快卸貨之前,我也終於去吃了田季發爺

因為實在是太難訂位
所以那時我們去的是位在台北縣的中和店
吃過之後老公說一定要帶我來敦南店吃吃看
他覺得兩間比較起來敦南店的更好吃(( 後來聽店長說才知道原來中和是加盟店,敦南是直營 ))
So.... 星期一下班我們就直奔好不容易訂到位的『 田季發爺敦南店 』享用晚餐~~~~~
價位上有分$399和$499兩種,$499多了25種食材可以選擇
因為我們想吃牛舌、霜降牛和蛤犡,所以點了$499的外加一成服務費

為了加速上菜,服務人員建議先由他們出綜合肉盤&海鮮盤,其餘的我們再加點~

邊烤的同時還會邊跟你講解要怎麼烤、有什麼訣竅
跟我們上次自己胡亂烤比起來簡直是天壤之別,他們烤出來的肉片&海鮮美味多了!!
而且更強的是他們的敲網技巧也是一絕!肉都不會黏在網子上耶
換成我們自己根本就敲不起來,只能認命乖乖的用夾子翻面= ="

這碗是店內特製的洋蔥絲~ 冰過冰水的洋蔥絲吃起來不會有嗆辣感
拿它來包肉片超對味的!尤其是包下面那個培根豬‧‧‧

又是魚下巴又是柳葉魚的,今天的ㄋㄟㄋㄟ應該會很營養吧,哈哈~

不過跟中和店不一樣的是,沒有現場在我們面前烤啦

(( 店長說因為後面客人走了剛好有空桌,所以就在那烤好直接端上桌 ))
除了沒能看到現場麻糬秀 (( 麻糬會越來越膨脹,圓圓胖胖的超可愛 ))
我覺得麻糬沒有中和店來得好吃耶> 烤好的麻糬淋上煉乳、再裹上花生粉‧‧‧好愛那甜甜的煉乳味&花生粉
印象中之前吃的麻糬煉乳味比較重也比較甜,可是這一次我卻吃不出來有煉乳,反而花生味比較強烈一點
我最期待的麻糬,讓我有點小失望

不過‧‧撇開麻糬,田季發爺敦南店整體上來說真的很令我滿意唷
也難怪老公這麼喜歡,一直跟我強力推薦!
