首先要分享的是可樂雞翅!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
聽起來很深奧,但是做法超簡單!
是從我喜歡的JOANNA的網誌學來的!!

首先準備雞翅,因為市場裡的雞翅要連翅小腿一起買,雖然跟食譜不一樣!!
原本食譜裡面寫準備20隻雞翅,不過我買的還包含翅小腿然後又比較大隻!
所以我只買了六隻雞翅,跟食譜的量不一樣!
但我想自己稍微改良一下應該沒關係吧 XD

還要準備的材料有 蔥段、蒜頭、薑片

首先,將由倒入鍋子內,油不需要倒太多喔!!!!

接著將蔥段、蒜頭(稍微壓碎)、薑片倒入油鍋中爆香
聞到香味後,把雞翅放入鍋中煎

為了讓雞翅受熱均勻還有顏色香味都均勻,大概3-5分鐘後翻面
讓雞翅稍微煎香一點 :)

接著重頭戲來囉!!!! 就是可樂!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
把一瓶可樂倒入(我不小心有偷喝一口XD)!!!
然後再倒入大約1/4碗的醬油!!
接著轉小火煮20分鐘!!!!

大約10分鐘的時候,我就幫雞翅翻面,因為我用的是平底鍋,很怕雞翅的顏色不均勻XD
真的煮20分鐘就可以囉!!!
接下來就關火讓他悶個30分鐘左右!!!!(我是離火悶)

噹啷!!!!可樂雞翅完成囉!!!
悶越久就會越入味!!!!!顏色也會越漂亮喔!!!

看看當天最後悶了大概一個小時的顏色就像餐桌上看到的喔!!!
滷汁很香拌飯超級好吃!!!
一不小心就會多吃兩碗飯了XD
是不是像我說的超級簡單!!!趕快去試做看看!!

1. 準備材料 : 雞翅、蔥段、蒜頭、薑片、可樂、陳年醬油(一般醬油亦可)
2.只需要煮20分鐘,不要想說煮越久會越香,泡著就可以囉!!
不然雞肉老掉就不好吃了!!
3.依照煮的份量去調整配料及調味料的多寡!!
像我跟威先生兩個人所以就沒有像JOANNA一樣準備20隻雞翅那摸多!!
不過醬汁的部分我還是用了一瓶可樂跟1/4碗的醬油!!
4.威先生說可樂的作用除了代替糖吃外,還可以去除雞翅的油膩!!
難怪吃起來會讓人想一隻接一隻
