吃完添好運後隨即前往此次下榻的怡東酒店辦理入住,
怡東酒店位於銅鑼灣,這還是我第一次住在港島呢~
在房間休息消化一會,重整戰力的我們接著就殺往上環的桃花源小廚~

桃花源小廚以精緻私房菜、粵菜聞名,
香港及澳門的分店都有摘星,去年香港總店還有2顆星,
今年被降回一顆,不過米其林星星本來就只是參考,
不管是2星還是1星,桃花源的生意可都是極好,
小胖在半個多月前就預定了桌位,我們準時抵達時還是稍等了10分鐘呢!

雖然名為小廚,不過店內卻比門面看上去大多了,
店內寬敞且還有2樓座位,老闆黎有甜是香港出了名的大廚,
還被澳門賭王請去澳門開分店,超威~

燒味雙拼:
燒肉入口即化,焦酥的皮以及肥肉、瘦肉搭配的天衣無縫,一整個均衡好吃,
燒鵝的皮非常油亮漂亮,鵝肉嫩且入味,大胖嫂讚說比鏞記的好吃多多~

玻璃蝦球:
桃花源的招牌名物,兼具色、香、味的一道,潔白的虎蝦完美呈現,這刀工跟藝術品沒兩樣了,
據說一斤只有3隻的虎蝦,份量不小一隻可以吃好幾口,
入口超讚,又鮮甜又彈牙,整尾蝦彷彿活了過來XD
旁邊的火腿好吃但稍鹹~這一道實在是讚,不愧他一人份港幣150的要價,值得!!

太史五蛇羹:
另一名物,桃花源小廚的老闆師承李才,而李才是末代進士江太史的家廚,所以這碗羹以太史命名,
且這道只有秋、冬供應,我們既然是剛好冬天來自然就要一嚐囉~
這碗蛇羹湯底味不重卻甜美,且料很充足,蛇肉、雞絲、肉絲都切的極細,很費刀工,讚!

牛肉丸:
小籃必點,不意外XD,口感較早上吃的添好運緊實些,小籃比較愛桃花源的牛肉丸,
小胖卻剛好相反,果然口味喜好可都是人人不同呢~

米粒黏口,沾滿著荷葉香氣,內餡雞粒鹹淡適宜,恰到好處的好吃~

蝦籽炆柚皮:
也是桃花源的名物,柚皮煮到燜爛,吃下去根本不知道這是柚皮,
不過我怕蝦籽的味道,個人覺得腥,實在不甚喜歡~

蟹肉灌湯餃:
嚐了一口高湯,讚的沒話說!!
桃花源小廚果然名不虛傳,不過這次沒有點另一招牌冬瓜蟹箝,
因為一道一人份的可就要220,實在點不下去了XD
話說桃花源真不賴,就是這幾年漲價漲的挺兇,
我看2年多前蝦球要價110、蟹箝160,現在可是150跟220呢!!
這餐一樣大家吃的滿意,店家服務態度也好,以後還會想再來!!
