小公主北上想吃壽司,順便提前幫我過個生日~
想到之前有看到幾個部落格有提到前高玉主廚「阿德師」新開的子元,
就決定大夥一起來嚐鮮囉~

上網查了地址感覺地址落落長似乎很難找,
不過其實子元就開在民生東路3段玉山金控大樓正後方的的巷子內,
非常好找,門面的庭園造景很雅致,看了非常舒服~

中午的套餐從480元開始起跳,也可以開預算請師傅配~
看了門口的報導,阿德師是擁有河豚執照的師傅呢!

我們一點半到,吧台客人坐了10來位,生意頗好,主廚阿德師是少見的左撇子師傅,
不過今天為我們服務的是照片中左邊這位石師傅,石師傅雖然年輕,不過日本料理的經驗卻很久,
跟阿德師一樣是從高玉來的~

平政刺身:一貫上面放了桔醬,師傅建議直接吃,另一貫上面放了薑末,可以沾醬吃,
很脆的刺身,超級好吃~

竹莢魚刺身:油脂超棒的竹莢,看了就覺得好肥美,佐以蘿蔔泥以及洋蔥絲後完全不膩口~

烤秋刀魚:小胖給的本日第一,從日本直送的當季秋刀魚,師傅說這是有做生食等級的秋刀,
再加上師傅的火候掌握的超棒,肉汁完全有鎖住,一吃下去整個融化在口中,真的很棒~

鮑魚X2:阿德師聽到我過生日,超級阿撒力的說招待鮑魚一道,而且只有壽星有歐!!!
周大哥聽到以後也馬上說他10月份生日,請師傅先把他的生日禮物養好在水族箱裡XD
哇哈哈哈,感謝阿德師,要錢的都那麼好吃了,更何況不花錢的感覺就更美味囉XD ㄎㄎ

海膽握:福岡的海膽,雖然沒有像北海道的馬糞海膽那麼甜,但是海膽的滋味非常濃郁,超好吃!!

子元的酒櫃頗為豐富,周大哥剛好看到這一瓶他很愛的威士忌,因為我生日所以特別開給我喝喝看呢!!
超感謝小公主、九妞以及周大哥幫我慶生,而且周大哥不但帶酒來,甚至還堅持把今天的單給買了,
超級不好意思的!!看來,我要趕快存錢準備下個月的周大哥生日了XD

今天在子元喝了一紅、一白、三分之1瓶威士忌以及7杯生啤酒,足足從下午1點半吃到5點,
吃完又跑到附近的威廉酒藏開了3瓶紅酒,好久沒那麼瘋狂了!!!

子元的用餐氣氛超輕鬆,阿德師以及石師傅都非常的幽默風趣,讓人用餐起來很自在,
而且最重要的是子元的生魚片好好吃,品質超優,熟食的水準也超好
(不過最愛的壽司還是三井美術館的孫師傅捏的),
而且CP值超高,今天不含酒錢的話,是請師傅配一人1500元的預算,實在是有夠超值!
自從長兵衛的小張師傅停業以後,碰過用餐氣氛最自在的就是子元,
好的場地再加上我最愛的姊妹淘們幫我過生日,
我真的好幸運歐,許個生日願望希望大家每天都順心呢^^
