大胖哥上週跑去吃了以後大滿意,聽的小胖也餓了,

外面30幾度的高溫,師傅特別先上一道清涼爽口的開胃菜,鮑魚、冬瓜以及用干貝熬煮後冷卻的高湯,超級清爽鮮甜,讚!

嘉魶佐海膽:魚身片得薄,因為魚片與醋飯間有加海膽,吃起來口感不錯且有海膽的甜味~

師傅強力推薦的湯,特別把長尾鯛的魚腹留給我們,再撐也是要喝!!除了湯的滋味讚的沒話說,
最棒的就是鮮甜可口的北季貝,真是美味~

微炙鰈魚鰭邊肉湯匙握:雙胖說一定要以重口味的做結束才會有飽足感,哈哈, 所以師傅決定用鰈魚的鰭邊肉作結,
很多店捏的鰭邊握都是鰈魚而非比目魚的鰭邊,鰈魚比較油,但是我覺得比目魚更香更讚,
小胖吃完這一道可終於飽了XD

師傅自製土芒果冰淇淋:師傅雖然超忙,但很喜歡自己做甜點,上次吃的是烤布丁,這次夏天換成冰淇淋,
土芒果的香氣以及沙沙的口感,真的超有降暑的感覺!

今天這一餐一樣令人滿意,尤其是全握壽司真是我最愛的用餐模式,只是孫師傅今天真的從頭忙到尾,
板前一直處於全滿的狀態,所以有幾貫醋飯溫度稍微高了些,但還是絕對好吃的啦!!
整理一下照片又餓了,嗚嗚~小胖子下次還要再帶我來歐!!
