轉眼間又是一次紀錄四樣蔬果的時候了,手拙阿母到目前為止幾乎都還是讓小泡芙吃獨立的菜色,製作步驟大同小異,也就越發懶散(拍額頭)!
從油菜開始就用切碎盒不打泥囉!下面的步驟也會以切碎取代,但是媽咪們還是可以依照寶寶食用的狀況來決定要繼續打泥,或者是進階到切碎的狀態!
注意!並不是長牙了就可以直接跳到切碎,(切碎也有分細緻的程度),小泡芙目前在發第五顆牙,但咀嚼能力也還沒有非常好,所以到第三個階段才進階成切碎型態!
今天紀錄的有:小黃瓜、冬瓜、蕃茄及油菜!
再來複習一下蔬菜七步驟口訣:沖、切、沸、燙、涼、打、凍
流水沖洗
切成適當大小
煮沸一鍋水
將蔬菜放入燙熟
取出放涼
打成泥
冷凍保存製成冰磚
不過七字口訣是廣泛適用於葉菜類的製作,瓜類根莖類就不大一樣囉!

Step1.小黃瓜洗淨後削皮。

Step2.切成小塊後放入電鍋蒸煮,內鍋不加水,外鍋一杯水,跳起後悶五分鐘。

Step3.放涼後使用攪拌棒攪打成泥。

Step4.分裝至儲存盒,冷凍製作成冰磚。

Step1.(怎麼辦又想複製貼上了)將冬瓜洗淨後去皮,切成適當大小。
我們買的是全聯已經去皮的冬瓜,像上圖這樣一塊大概可以搭配著各式的蔬果吃一個禮拜剛剛好!

Step2.放入電鍋蒸煮,內鍋不加水,外鍋一杯水,跳起後悶五分鐘。

Step3.隔水加速冷卻。

Step4.因為冬瓜蒸過以後滿軟爛的,我是用湯匙壓成小塊以後分裝至儲存盒保存。
食物狀態還在泥狀的寶寶仍然可以用攪拌棒攪打成泥,用湯匙壓也OK,只是比較費時一些些。

Step1.將蕃茄蒂頭去除並洗淨。
Step2.將水煮沸。

Step3.用水果刀在蕃茄的底部輕輕劃上十字。

Step4.水滾後將蕃茄放入鍋中。

Step5.待蕃茄外皮稍微剝落即可將蕃茄撈起。

Step6.隔水加速冷卻。

Step7.放涼後即可將外皮剝下來。

Step8.切成適當大小。
其實蕃茄水煮過後很軟爛,不用切開應該也可以攪打,這個步驟是為了將蒂頭更完整地去除。

Step9.使用攪拌棒攪打成泥。

Step10.分裝至儲存盒保存。

三顆蕃茄大概也是小泡芙一個禮拜的份量,如果覺得太多的話,攪打完大人也可以直接飲用,(加點梅子粉更甘甜順口)

Step1.將油菜置於流水下洗淨。

Step2.準備一鍋水,備料同時可先煮滾。

Step3.將油菜切段,除了最底部以外,大部份的梗我都有保留喔!

Step4.水滾後將油菜丟入鍋中,煮2~3分鐘即可撈起。

Step6.出動切碎盒!將油菜放入切碎盒中切成小塊。

下面是近期的紀錄表,其實阿母最近還讓姐試了里仁的低鈉麵線、吻仔魚、雞胸肉、玉米等等等,可是都沒有紀錄下來啊~~~~~(顯示為焦躁狀態)
又,小泡芙進入9M也就是副食品第三階段了,應該要一天三餐了,我還發懶停留在兩餐,實在不想面對一天要幫小泡芙洗三次澡的事實啊~再讓我拖延一陣子好了XD
