我愛吃重口味的東西,所以對於川菜一向很愛,
這家永和的天府家常菜看過很多介紹都是好評,
讓我早就想來這間,但因為這間店座位不多,
又不開放訂位,且每次一開門就馬上客滿,
再加上營業時間很早打烊,所以每次總是吃不到~
今天星期天發狠決定中午不吃,傍晚5點20分就殺到永和,等店門一開就衝進去,
總算讓我一償夙願吃到囉,嘿嘿~(流口水)

餐廳內部乾淨整潔,比店門口看上去要精緻很多呢~

口水雞:
白切雞不是屬於口感堅韌的那種,醬汁紅通通的看上去很嚇人,
但吃起來絕對不辣,只見紅油的麻香,超級下飯!

乾扁四季豆:
一上桌就是豆豉、蒜末的香味,
沒想到連四季豆都可以那麼好吃~

泡椒田雞:
這辣椒超漂亮,今天點了一堆偏辣菜色,但每道菜辣、麻的香味卻都略有不同,
道道都好吃,難怪生意那麼好~

小胖他們點來配高梁用的,真的跟高梁有夠搭~

這道口味比水煮牛重的多,超來勁的,麻香很讚,不知道老闆的香料是不是從對岸直接進來的~

小胖超愛,我覺得與四川吳抄手的粉蒸排骨不相上下,但其他菜色都是這家狂勝!

點了碗清淡的湯讓舌頭休息一下,
但香油、麻油放太多.........
導致一點都不清淡,完全沒有休息到XD

不會含油,挺讚的,銀絲捲本身味淡,可以再甜一點~

今天吃的超滿意,口水雞、麻婆豆腐、乾扁四季豆、水煮牛都好吃極了,
且這家口味是很傳統的川菜,
不會像小魏川菜,明明以前很好吃
(聽小胖說小時候小魏還開在羅斯福路上的時候更是讚)
但現在小魏的味道簡直一整個不知所謂,
甜的要命,一點吃川菜的FU都沒有,
幸好現在有這家出現,太好了!
6點半吃完走出餐廳,看到門外一堆人在候位,
生意好的完全有理,下次還要再來吃!!
