店家表示是來自日本北九州小倉,
百年鰻魚料理的排隊名店「田舍庵」,
2017年3月份首家海外台灣分店以「小倉屋」命名,
要將正宗的日本式鰻魚美味,原汁原味呈現出來,

這次決定三種鰻魚定食都來嚐試看看~
[鰻重定食 竹 NT480元]
套餐有附一碗鰻肝湯與一盤漬物,
菜單上介紹這是百年傳承的經典料理,
精選出1公斤3匹最佳大小的鰻魚,
自創燒烤技法及特製醬汁料理而成。
鰻魚由生到熟,全程需分三次火烤,共約30分鐘。
燒烤過程中,同時分次淋上特製蒲燒醬汁,
由醬油、味醂、冰糖調配而成的,
完成後再擺入裝盛米飯的盒器中。

如同菜單所述,將鰻魚經過獨有燒烤過程後,
