墨西哥酪梨醬做法(酪梨莎莎醬)(Guacamole)
請同時參閱:墨西哥肉醬做法
材料:
酪梨:兩個小型的
檸檬:兩顆(用來取皮)
檸檬汁:自行斟酌酸度
蒜頭:一瓣(大瓣)
洋蔥:切成細碎小丁後約一大匙的分量
香菜:切碎後約三大匙的分量
鹽:約四分之三茶匙
黑胡椒:一茶匙
鹽跟黑胡椒都請記得慢慢加,自行調整。
酪梨記得要選熟一點的酪梨。去皮去籽。
檸檬取皮~
有一部份取皮取太深了~取到白色部份就不合格!會苦...盡可能不要取到檸檬皮的白色部份
這邊就刮的很漂亮~~~
把檸檬皮再多剁幾刀
把所有的醬料用直型打蛋器打成勻~酪梨也會成為緻密的泥狀
可以拿來沾玉米片~配墨西哥菜
